New To Yoga?

 

We are delighted that you are here and look forward to the journey we are about to take together.

When you step into our classroom; take a deep breath, relax, and let go. The classes are based on your physical and mental capacity of the day.

Go ahead; whatever your needs are, take the class to your own limits.

  • You do not need to be fit or flexible to attend any of our classes
  • Best class to start the practice with or if you need to refresh materials - start with the classes marked 'level 1' 
  • For best results when you start yoga, take 2 to 3 classes a week - you will build insight and understanding through consistent practice in class 
  • Bring a sticky yoga mat and a towel to class (Note: For the benefit of your own practice and hygiene you may want to invest in a yoga mat. We have mats for sale at the studio)
  • Before entering the studio please turn off all electronic devices that may interrupt the practice of your fellow classmates and teacher
  • Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class start time, light snack is okay
  • Water before or after each class but not during
