Studio Policy Strictly Enforced:

  • There will be a ONE time registration fee of $25 for new students.

  • 8 class tuition plan is good for 3 months. For example, if you purchased an 8-class coupon on May 1, then the coupon will expire on July 31. There are NO refunds, make-up, or future credits for unused class credits, once the coupon expires. If you are unable to attend regularly, please consider a tuition plan that works for you.

  • Lost coupons will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Coupons without valid instructor signatures will not be honored.

  • Payment or coupons must be received before each class.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee per check.

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Basic Yoga
An easy and slow work flow with your body and mind. Good for students wanting to focus on relaxation, deep stretching, and simple strengthening. This class creates space for you to unwind.

Basic Therapeutic Yoga (soft form)
A vibrant way to asana (pose) practice, it emphasizes the flow from one asana to the next harmonized with breath. This class builds endurance, heat, flexibility, and strength while generating deep sense of inner calm, relaxation, and presence of mind.

Han's Style Power Yoga Flow
An enjoyable alternative for weight loss. This class is exclusively designed to be a fun supportive environment in which practitioners will lengthen, shape, and tone muscles to even body compositions, create awareness, and flexibility. Together, we will build to reduce fat, speed-up metabolism, and explore healthy alternatives for better health and happiness.

Han's Power Yoga ® (TEACHER TRAINING)
Can you HANdle it?   Jonathan HAN has developed a yoga practice that is a unique blend of traditional yoga, flow yoga and power yoga. Come found out what HAN yoga is all about and see if you can HANdle it.

New Deep Stretch - Han Hatha Style Yoga
With a focus on breath, alignment and holding the pose, this deep stretch morning class will improve flexibility and provide significant health benefits through stress reduction. Deep stretch incorporates the use of belts and blocks to achieve and maintain effective poses that will change your body and improve your overall practice. A perfect combination of mind, body and soul.


Levels
All levels require regular in class practice where an instructor is present to guide you and lead you to a deeper understanding of proper posture and alignment.

Basic: Anyone that is interested in starting yoga practice with no previous experience
L1 New beginners to our studio that would like to refresh materials, also good for developing body awareness
L2 Experienced beginners that can keep up with a moderate pace class and further emphasizes level 1 asanas (poses)
L3 Intermediate class for students ready for inversions - emphasizing on strength and stamina
L4 Han’s Power Yoga (Master Training) Advance practitioners who like to use CHI flow into yoga poses.
